Why is my parcel delayed?

Service delays in the Canada Post delivery network


Following industrial action on Friday 15th November by the Canadian Union of Postal Works, our partners at Canada Post resumed operations on Tuesday 17th December and our shipping restarted on Monday 23rd December.

Due to the backlog, service delays in Canada Post’s delivery network are also likely to continue until the end of January.

Please be assured that our colleagues at Canada Post will make the best endeavours to deliver your parcels as quickly as possible.
