How long will my parcel be held at customs?
We expect delays at customs to be minimal if the information you have provided to us is accurate and complete.
If your parcel is held at customs, it is also advisable to check if there are outstanding taxes and duties to pay. Recipients should check if they have been contacted by Evri or a postal authority to pay the outstanding charges.
