What happens if my parcel is held at customs?
We expect delays at customs to be minimal, provided the information you’ve supplied is accurate and complete.
If your parcel is held at customs, it’s advisable to check whether any taxes or duties are outstanding. Recipients should also check whether they’ve been contacted by Evri or the relevant postal authority to make a payment.
