We are able to collect parcels from our parcel drop off points the following day and will deliver your parcel within two working days, ensuring speedy shipping. You will then be able to track your delivery with our online parcel tracking service, and we offer compensation cover for extra peace of mind.
This service is a non-guaranteed signature service. Tracking will be available throughout the delivery of the parcel and conform to eBay Buyer Protection Rules.

£20 compensation is included in the price of carriage and can be increased to a maximum of £1000 during the order process.
- Make sure your parcel is less than 15kg, less than 120cm in length and has a max combined length and circumference of 225cm.
- Collection and delivery is not guaranteed, but currently enjoys a very high success rate. Please note: Parcels being delivered to Finland, Denmark or Sweden will be delivered to the recipient's closest Parcelshop.
Please kindly notify your customer that the consignment can be tracked (upon the parcel/s arriving at the local Parcel Office), via www.postnord.dk (for Danish deliveries), www.postnord.se (for Swedish deliveries) or www.postnord.no (for Norwegian deliveries) using the Parcel ID number located under the barcode on the label (eg 91122334455SE). Please be advised that the consignment/s can only be held at the Parcel Office for a limited amount of time, before being returned to sender, so please kindly make your customer aware of this.
